Tina was amazing. She helped me find the perfect house, walked me through all the steps, and was extremely patient with me when I had some things come up. Tina was always available whenever I had a question, needed advice, or to reassure me. She was excellent at negotiations, helping me land the house of my dreams at the right price with added incentives. She was always there, whether it be to help out during my pre-purchase orientation (blue tape day), the pre-closing walk through or at closing. I highly recommend Tina.

Tina did a phenomenal job representing the seller, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the Carolinas. This was a more complex transaction with two last-minute surprises, and we still closed on time. Tina is a superior communicator who is focused on results, and she is a diligent and attentive realtor. My entire team was impressed, and we look forward to working with her and her clients in the future.
